Had a heavy lunch of CKT and 3 TSB. I remembered getting sorethroat due to overdose of TSB..sigh*
and i never learn my lesson..
Just like when i was in lower pri, my dad bought this big carton of Kit Kat, I eat until I got high fever and such a bad throbbing headache until I swear that I will never touch kit Kat again..
But I did...and was happily having one this week too =p
I remembered when I was young, my dad and mum were always "quarrelling" over our diet. Mum is a strong advocate of healthy food and Dad always buys a lot of tibits, chocolates and ice creams..until I was obese at P1 and was advised by the doc to stay off all starchy food
